We are offering Weekly Summer Camps for All Levels

F4C is offering weekly Summer Camps from Monday to Friday starting on June 16th and ending on August 15th. The goal of the F4C Skills Day Camp is for the players to have fun while improving their soccer abilities at the same time.

Our main focus of instruction is on technical development (for younger campers) and tactical development (for older campers) incorporated into small-sided games. Campers will be grouped by age and ability after the initial on-site check-in

Our Camps are designed for Boys & Girls from 3 to 17 years old and based on the needs of your player we are offering Beginer and Andvance levels

Cost

  • Little Strikers Ages 3-4 beginner level - $199 per week - From 7:55am to 11:00am
  • Juniors Ages 5-7 beginner level - $199 per week - From 7:55am to 11:00am
  • Cadets Ages 8-11 Based on skill level - $299 per week - From 7:55am to 2:00pm
  • Masters Ages 9-12 Advanced/Travel Level - $349 per week - From 7:55am to 2:00pm
  • Titans Ages 12-15 Challenge and Travel Level - $349 per week - From 7:55am to 2:00pm
  • High School (Boys and Girls) Standard Level - $349 per week - From 7:55am to 2:00pm
  • High School (Boys and Girls) High Competion Level - $449 per week - From 7:55am to 2:00pm

Campers can register for one or multiple weeks! Each week offers different skill development, tactical training, small-sided games, and team-building activities—all designed to develop the complete player.

Do you feel your player does not fit the group/criteria described above?

Don't worry, our coaches will observe the campers closely to decide if we need to move players up. We will let you know, and this will not impact the cost. Please email us at info@f4csoccer.com if you have any questions. We will respond typically within 60 minutes.

Location

South Riding & Ashburn Village- Outdoor Bermuda grass fields. In case of inclement weather or heat above reasonable F4C will designate an indoor facility.


Camp Overview

  • Week 1 June 16 – June 20 | Ball Mastery & Individual Skill Development
  • Week 2 June 23 – June 27 | Passing & Possession Play
  • Week 3 June 30 – July 4 | Attacking Principles & Creativity in the Final Third (Note: July 4th is Independence Day – limited or no camp on Friday, TBD)
  • Week 4 July 7 – July 11 | Defending Tactics: 1v1, Small Groups, and Team Shape
  • Week 5 July 14 – July 18 | Speed, Agility, and Finishing Under Pressure
  • Week 6 July 21 – July 25 | Transitional Play & Counterattacking
  • Week 7 July 28 – August 1 | Position-Specific Training & Game Awareness
  • Week 8 August 4 – August 8 | Set Pieces, Restarts, and Tactical Execution
  • Week 9 August 11 – August 15 | Tournament Week: Team Play, Leadership & Match Scenarios

Camp Schedule

This schedule allows for a structured and progressive training session with enough time for learning, application, and reflection. This schedule is subject to adjustments based on the specific needs and dynamics of the camp, as well as weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of park closure a make up day will be offer on a Saturday of the same month.

  • 7:50 AM – 8:00 AM: Drop-Off & Player Check-In
  • 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Dynamic Warm-Up & Technical Ball Work
  • 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM: Morning Skill Stations (Individual & Group Drills)
  • 9:45 AM – 10:00 AM Snack Break
  • 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Tactical Training & Position-Specific Focus
  • 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM: Small-Sided Games or Functional Play
  • 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Lunch Break (Bring Your Own Lunch)
  • 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM: Scrimmages / Game Situations / Challenge Matches
  • 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Cool Down, Review & Pick-Up
