Evening Summer Training starts June 1st and runs through August 31st

Get in shape and improve your technique before the start of the Fall season

The F4C - 365 Program is designed to help players of all levels learn, refine, and master the game through consistent, high-quality training.

Our program focuses on the fundamentals, advanced techniques, and tactical awareness necessary for long-term player development.

This is an evening supplemental training program designed for players of all ages and skill levels (1 to 1.5 Hours Per Session, depending on age group). Participants will focus on a variety of soccer skills, including:

  • Footskills to enhance ball control and confidence
  • Shooting techniques for precision and power
  • Field position-specific training to understand roles on the pitch
  • Fitness and conditioning to build endurance and agility
  • Fundamentals such as passing, trapping, and controlling high and low passes
  • First touch mastery to improve ball handling
  • Change of direction to outmaneuver opponents. Etc.

This program offers an engaging and growth-oriented environment to elevate players' abilities over the summer


Training Details

Our dynamic program promises an enjoyable and immersive experience. This plan is structured to cover a variety of technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills. Each week focuses on different skills with targeted drills, exercises, and assessments.

  • Locations:Ashburn Village & Aldie / South Riding.
  • Age/Level-Appropriate Groups: Once program kicks off, players will be selected to train with players of similar skill level in their age group.
  • Flexibility: Pay monthly and attend as often as you can or pay per day.
  • Convenient Schedule:Evenings after 5pm on weekdays (for most of the agr groups).
  • Limited Group Size: To maximize individual attention, we accept only 18 players per age group.

  • Little Strikers (Ages 3-4)
    • Mon & Thu, 3:00pm - 3:45pm, $299/month
    • 3-Month Summer Package $700

  • Juniors (Ages 5-7)
    • Mon, Wed & Fri, 5:30pm - 6:30pm, $399/month
    • 3-Month Summer Package $1100

  • Cadets (Ages 8-11)
    • Mon, Tue & Thu, 5:30pm - 6:30pm, $449/month
    • 3-Month Summer Package $1200

  • Masters (Ages 9-12)
    • Mon, Wed & Fri, 5:30pm - 6:30pm, $499/month
    • 3-Month Summer Package $1200

  • Titans (Ages 12-15)Competitive Middel school & High School Players – First year of Travel.
    • Mon, Wed, Thu & Fri, 6:00pm - 7:30pm, $599/month
    • 3-Month Summer Package $1550

  • Travel High School Boys and Girls (Ages 14-17)
    • Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu, 7:00pm - 8:30pm, $699/month
    • 3-Month Summer Package $1850

    • Learn how to distribute and control the ball with precision and confidence.

  • Week 2: Ball Control & Juggling Techniques
    • Develop close ball control, first touch, and overall coordination

  • Week 3: Using Your Body & Playing Aggressively
    • Improve physicality, balance, and using the body effectively in duels.

  • Week 4: Creating Space & Attacking Runs
    • Enhance attacking instincts and movement off the ball.

  • Week 5: Dribbling Skills & Close Ball Mastery
    • Master footwork, feints, and directional changes under pressure.

  • Week 6: Accurate Passing & Smart Teamwork
    • Strengthen passing accuracy and vision to improve decision-making.

  • Week 7: Striking the Ball & Goalkeeper Training
    • Focus on power, placement, and finishing techniques.


  • Week 8: Agility, Speed & Quick Reflexes
    • Enhance acceleration, reaction time, and multidirectional movement.

  • Week 9: Tactical Awareness & Game Intelligence
    • Learn positioning, reading the game, and making intelligent plays.

  • Week 10: Flair, Creativity & Skill Moves
    • Build confidence in 1v1 situations with skill moves and improvisation.

  • Week 11: Defensive Tactics & Transition Play
    • Develop strong defensive techniques, positioning, and counter-attacks.

  • Week 12: Understanding Positions & Roles
    • Understand different roles and responsibilities within the game.

  • Week 13: Game Play & Competitive Scenarios
    • Apply all learned skills in game-like scenarios.
